You have structured your company, divided it into departments and teams, assigned team leaders and department heads – you are well-positioned. Why should that change when you use a new software option? Why should you be forced into a structure that doesn’t suit you?

Company organization in timr

In timr Enterprise you can now define the organizational structure of your company, including responsibilities and permissions.

EN-Team-lead This makes the management of departments and teams significantly easier.

John D. is a department head. Thanks to timr, he now has access to the working and project times for his employees at any time; one of these employees is Nicole M.
Nicole is the project manager for the project “McPeach Corp.”; her position entails access to all the project records for all her staff.

Project managers & budgets

It is important for your project managers to be able to track a project status quickly and easily, and to always be able to keep an eye on it.

This includes recorded times, the resultant costs and estimated budgets.

Using the budget feature, your project manager can allocate budgets to all employees involved in the project or, if necessary, block them.
